Happy Monday+ Chico, CA

Good morning!   This past weekend’s wedding was great.  My bride looked lovely and I’ll have a sneak peak for everyone on Thursday.  Which leads me to announce that I will be blogging regularly on Monday’s and Thursday’s.  I’m extremely flattered that I have frequent followers and would love to be consistent in sharing  bits and pieces of my life with you.  Some of the things that I love and will be sharing  are; photography, decorating, fashion, traveling and just life….life that Jesus has so richly blessed me with!

Recently, I went up to Chico, Ca to visit with one of my best chica’s.  We only had a few hours to catch up so we made the best of it.  Having lived in Chico for a little over a year after I graduated high school, I became aquatinted with local shops in the area that were fun to visit again.  We started the morning, like all mornings should start……….with coffee:)!  Then we followed the smell of fresh basil over to the farmer’s market.  It was packed with people, fresh fruits, vegetables, bread and my most favorite of all, flowers!  They were so beautiful!  After popping in and out of a few stores we met a sweet lady at an antique store who let us try on all sorts of beautiful diamond rings and jewelry.  One of my favorite pieces she showed us was a 1930’s Tiffany’s broach that came from Paris. We ended the day like many of our college days would, with In and Out and a shopping trip to TJ Maxx.

Rachie, I had a great time with you!  I love you and thank God for you in my life!
