Wedding: Gail & Ryan

I’m so excited to share this wedding! It was SO hard to narrow down the amount of pictures to post. Gail and Ryan were a great couple to work with.  The day couldn’t have been more perfect.  The overcast day might have been disappointing some people, (like the bride in particular) but for me it was perfect! The bridal suite at the Mark Hopkins Hotel was beautiful and let so much natural light in for shoot her “getting ready” photos!  Gail looked amazing!  Her Nicole MIller dress fit her like a glove.  The simple lines gave an Art Deco/classic Hollywood look to the dress. She did everything right, down to the “something blue” nail polish and “something borrowed” vintage clutch, that belonged to her dear friends, late grandmother.  Almost forgot about the groom, Ryan! You were so calm and collected!  My favorite part about the ceremony was the way you looked at her as she was walking down the isle:)

Below is a little about Gail and Ryan by their sweet friend, Erica.

There are certain couples that the minute you see them together, you just know something good and right happened. That despite previous heartbreak and disappointment, despite the trying and tumultuous reality of casual dating, that in spite of it all, two people found their way to each other and pledged to never let go. That is Ryan and Gail. From the moment they met, it was obvious they were going to spend a lifetime together. And on a rainy and foggy San Francisco afternoon in a rustic cabin alit by candles and warmed by their closest friends and family, they fulfilled that promise and said, I do.
